Banana Blueberry Chocolate Chip Muffin

Let's open this brown paper bag to see what kind of
delicious treat I picked up from Green Cuisine yesterday

A Gluten Free Vegan Muffin!

Brown Rice Banana Blueberry Chocolate Muffin

It's my absolute favourite muffin (quote me on that)

It's the same one as this one I took photos of a long time ago, but
clearly my photography skills back then lacked in "visual food porn"

I always keep these in the fridge because it gives the chocolate chips
a chance to harden up; the crunchiness goes splendidly with a hot tea

And if you want to know the ingredients, just check back here to read the label

Reminder: You still have some time to enter the Sheyna
Jewelry Giveaway. I'll be picking a winner later this evening

Hi sweet girl. Man, you're making me want to stop and get a vegan muffin on the way to work. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, pictures and delightfully delicious prose. I hope you have a blessed Thanksgiving, my friend!
