Holiday Grinch Parfait

Starting the week off with another festive breakfast

I'm calling it my "Holiday Grinch Parfait"

1 cup plain yogurt mixed with 1 Tbsp superfood
greens powder and 1/2 Tbsp ground flax seeds

Then I sliced 1/2 medium banana into the yogurt
mixture and sprinkled red and green smarties on top

Then eat!

Besides the green hue of the yogurt, I'm not too sure why I call this a Holiday Grinch
ParfaitIt was the first thing that came to mind, so I'm open to other interpretations

Question: Have you bought any holiday candies like red and
green smarties, chocolate santas, candy canes, gummy wreaths,
sugar plums, Christmas jelly beans, marshmallows, or caramels?

i have not purchased any of the aforementioned culinary delights because i simply could not manage them very well; but i intend to live vicariously through your blog to experience them, so PLEASE continue with your festive postings, because they make me so happy! :) x

LOL - cute name for your parfait. Reminds me of my schools Christmas concert today - one of the classes did a mash up of "You're a Mean One Mr. Grinch" and "Party Rock Anthem."
