VegeGreens and Turkey Cheese Tortilla Wrap

Colourful Fruit and Kefir Parfait

Nectarine slices, little Green Grapes, and Concord Purple Grapes

Progressive VegeGreens Blueberry Medley Super Food Greens Powder

I added a scoop to the Kefir Yogurt before mixing with the Fruit

"A comprehensive blend of over 60 phytonutrients including super green foods,
land, sea and cruciferous vegetables, EFAs, herbal co-factors and probiotics"

Non-Medical Ingredients: Stevia Leaf, Organic Maple Syrup Powder,
Natural Blueberry, Cranberry, Strawberry, Raspberry and Boysenberry Flavours

All combined together in my favourite glass-
the only one left since I broke the other glass

I was surprised at how sweet the Green Grapes were.
These little seedless spheres really satisfy a sweet tooth!

Oven Baked Egg, Cheese, Chicken, Mustard and Vegetable Tortilla Wrap

I scrambled 2 Egg Whites with Zucchini, Spinach, Dinosaur
/Black Kale, Onion and Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
before topping with Mozzarella Cheese and Yellow Mustard

Tucked into a Brown Rice Tortilla before baking
the wrap for 3-4 minutes in a 375 Fahrenheit oven
