Chicken Salad Recipe


Chicken Salad
created by Snacking Squirrel


Ingredients

1-2 cups chicken breast
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/5 cup chopped red pepper
2 Tbsp chopped white onion
1 Tbsp mayonnaise/Miracle Whip
Dash black pepper and salt


I used original Kaft Miracle Whip


Directions: Simply shred the chicken or chop it 
to preferred size, then mix with the other ingredients


Very easy to make and takes no time at all


I added extra pepper because I love it so much


I added some to toasted gluten free bread for a quick meal/snack


Tip: Use roasted chicken for extra flavor and zeal
