Hey we have that chocolate shop here ;) Down in Galveston and in San Antonio. The chocolate/caramel-covered apples are deeeeeelicious!

I love, love, LOVE Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory! I can't get enough of their dark chocolate almond and walnut clusters. Oh boy...

Can't wait to see the results of your vegan nanaimo bars!

I love those decorated covered apples, bet they are tasty too! I think your bakery goods belong in there, or my tummy. :-)

Oh wow, everything looks so pretty! They're like works of art..I wouldn't want to eat them to avoid destroying their beauty.

How funny that we both want to move to the same place! I really related to the hectic weather patterns (one day sunny, one day miserable)...just a few days ago we had a day where it poured rain and then was extremely hot and it kept going back and forth all day long. I had a headache, I felt awful, and my mood was incredibly low. I definitely get where you're coming from with this love. Hopefully we can both get out lol. And you should be expecting a package pretty soon as well! I hope you enjoy it.

As for GF Vegan Nanaimo bars, I am very excited to see what you've come up with. I've always wanted to try one of the raw nanaimos that I've heard about but never actually seen. Is your version raw? Either way, they look amazing..can't wait to see the recipe! xoxo

Going into chocolate shops/bakeries is like torture for me since I can look, but I can't eat. :( It makes me want to open up a nut-free bakery!!

I love the beaver! How Canadian is that? ;)

I've been in that store before and overdosed on chocolate from the smell alone. It's like heaven...

I'm assuming that you'll include the recipe for those bars. They look deliciously rich. And Rocky Mountain has great stuff - I haven't been there, but I've gotten gifts of their fudge before.
