Squirrel Goes to School: Part 1

Eeeek today is my first day back to school in 3 years!
I'd be lying if I said I wasen't nervous...

...and i'd be lying if I said I didn't need coffee.
The Bolivia blend is my favorite so far, really mellow and chocolaty :)

Speaking of chocolate...

Cascadia Bakery Espresso Chocolate Chip Muffin for Breakfast.

Double jolt of caffeine to start the day off right!

Isn't it lovely eating breakfast outside? Well as long as it's sunny...

After organizing my backpack to include Yoga School Essentials; notebook, pen, course books and manuals, yoga mat and camera...

I charged up the George Foreman Grill to make a healthy lunch.

Scrambled Egg Wrap with kale, red onions, and mustard in a whole wheat tortilla.

School is from 5:00-8:30 pm. I'll update tomorrow to let everyone know how it went and what I think of the Yoga Teacher Training class.

How exciting!! I bet you will meet some wonderful people.

A mug of coffee + espresso chocolate muffin sounds like such a lovely breakfast. I've been searching around for the perfect chocolaty coffee blend since I finally started brewing my own morning coffee again!

Hope school was great! Sounds like some great coffee too--I can't ever start my day without a cup :)

Geez those muffins look good. Coffee and a (healthy) muffin or scone hits the spot every time. The comfort from the toasty mug of coffee especially does the job. :)

As for the muffin... you need to develop an espresso chocolate chip muffin recipe to share with the class, cause right now I'm wanting that muffin! Yum!

Love the wrap too!

Good luck with school. I haven't been to school in awhile as well. Isn't it exciting though to get back in the groove of it? Coffee is definitely necessary though. I was checking out the post below this one and decided to make those blueberry oat muffins for work tomorrow. Yum! Have a lovely rest of the week!
