Depressed? Go Take a Hike!

Researchers have found that simply taking a walk 
outside every day could have the same effect as an
 antidepressant in treating moderate depression 


I believe it


Breaking out of routine takes courage, to help you bring
focus to the future and not get stuck in the past. It’s important
to realize that life will change, life will get better with time
