This afternoon I made Grain-Free Chocolate Cake For One by Spoonful of Sugar Free
At only 120 calories for the whole cake,
you can definitely "Have your cake and eat it too"
Low Calorie Chocolate Fudge Cake
adapted from Spoonful of Sugar Free
1 whole egg
1/4 cup water
1/8 cup dark cocoa powder
1/8 cup roasted carob powder
(or substitute with more cocoa)
1 Tbsp psyllium fiber (optional)
1/8 tsp baking powder
Dash vanilla extract
A. Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit
B. Mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients separately
C. Combine wet and dry ingredients together
D. Pour into a non-stick baking loaf pan
E. Bake for 15-20 minutes
I topped my cake with raw hazelnuts and a side of strawberries...
