Spirulina, Squash, Salmon and Superfoods

Breakfast this morning was a Superfood Parfait

I mixed Greek Yogurt with Spirulina, Greens+ Powder and Stevia...

...Topped with a sliced Granny Smith Apple, Dates, Prunes, and Bee Pollen

And for Lunch, I made a meal I'm very proud of!

1/2 Baked Kabocha Squash stuffed with a Spinach and Cream Cheese Salmon Salad

Please excuse the thousands of photos I took btw

Question: Do any other bloggers take many photos of
your meals or are you more of a "one shot" kind of person?

what a beautiful dish! you should be proud

Definitely not a one shot kind of person! I take at least 10-15 photos of most of my meals and choose the top few to post. Sometimes it's not easy though!

I don't blame you for taking a million pictures of your food, it always looks amazing! Whenever I'm photographing food I go until I get a picture I like. Sometimes it takes one shot, sometimes more.

I'm more of a one or two shot person.
But I love when others take millions of food pictures if they look yummy ;)

Wow. I seriously NEED that have that lunch. Baked squash + canned fish = two of my staple foods. This is SO genius. Love love!

I always take multiple pics. Gotta hit the best angle and lighting!

Holla for the yog and spirulina!!

I usually take lots of pics unless I'm starving, then it's only one or two :)

I take MANY photos of each food item!

What do you think of the bee pollen? I have some, and I tried it once, but I don't like it. I want to learn to like it so that I can get the health benefits though!

Hé, I never ate Bee Pollen. How original! I didn't knew you can buy those!

I usually take lots of shots :). Sometimes my meal is already cold when I start to eat...

Both of these look amazing! You always have the best looking salmon salad.

I always take like a zillion pictures of my meal and then I spend forever trying to chose the best one!

I take so many shots. I am apparently shaky without knowing it, so half of my pictures are blurry. So, I just take 100 shots of one thing to get a couple that will work. Your eats look delicious!

Your food looks delicious!

I take at lest 3-5 pictures and then I pick the best one/ones. When I started I would take a gazillion, but I've cut way back :)
