Tsunami Warning

Before I get to the bulk of the post, I want to share some food pictures

I made a Chicken Breakfast Wrap with Cottage Cheese,
Kale, Onion and Black Pepper on a Brown Rice Tortilla

Since I grilled the chicken on the George Foreman
I thought, "Why not just grill the whole wrap too" :)

Now that we've got breakfast out of the way, it's time for World News...

Have you heard about the 8.9 magnitude earthquake
that just hit Japan? It's the largest recorded quake known
to the area, and unfortunately has take the lives of hundreds

Most of us living on Vancouver Island, Vancouver, and Pacific Northwest
woke up this morning to a Tsunami WarningIf the Tsunami is to hit, it will
likely be this morning... so obviously I won't be walking down on the beach today!

Hopefully by the time the waves arrive, they have lost the momentum
to cause any damage... Anyways, my thoughts and prayers go out
to those in Japan who were affected by this catastrophic earthquake

:S
It's horrible. I had no idea this has happened until I turned on my radio this morning. The first thing I did was Facebook-stalk to track down friends in Japan (Facebook still creeps me out, but it's definately useful for the speedy location of people).

I really really hope that the waves do lose momentum.
Take care Kelsey xx

I heard about the earthquake the moment I woke up. Sooner actually. My uncle called us at 3 in the morning to give us the news.. he lives in Ontario and I guess he was worried.

I'll be following what happens and I feel awful for the people living there. :(

Stay safe Kels<3 It's so hard to understand the magnitude of things when they happen so far away, but I think it's an amazing thing when people all over the world come together in support...hopefully Japan will be able to recover.
Wrap looks yummy on a lighter note!

If I were a believer, I would pray for Japan. It's so sad. I am watching the news and I can't believe it. I still don't know how to express my support to the people in Japan I know. They just don't deserve this.
