Bean Faces and Mustard Smiles

Hopefully you woke up this morning looking as happy as this!

I just noticed that my finger made an imprint
in the beans, right where the nose should be hehe

Topped with scrambled Egg Whites, Spinach, Red Onions, and Black Pepper

It's inevitable that sometimes the tortilla will break when you try to wrap it...

But I made it work... Tortilla Breakfast Sandwich perhaps?

At the last minute I decided to pop it in the oven for a few minutes

Browned up and crispy... my bean face and mustard smile never stood a chance!

Go out and enjoy your weekend
...just don't forget your smile at home!

Rice tortilla's are hard to work with because t hey are just so brittle. Looks tasty though.

Mmmmmm messy tortilla breakfasts are the best! Especially when they include a smiley face.

It's always fun to play with your food a bit. The wrap looks delicious!

That's just awesome. Also, it looks good, but the smile is just adorable, especially for this mustard lover :) My smiles are usually made of ketchup haha

Why do they ALWAYS crack when you roll them?!?! It's so annoying!! Only certain kinds though, but you make the perfect wrap, go to roll it up, and then it falls apart. I guess it still tastes the same though :)

I always have the same problem with my sprouted tortillas. I am working on this. Maybe I will find a cure. Either way it's tasty. :)

haha love the little face. It was almost too cute to put more toppings on. I say almost, because your wraps are always loaded with good stuff :D

Hehe, I'm glad I'm not the only one who makes faces with her food sometimes. Hope your weekend's great!

I actually decorated some food with a chocolate smiley face today :) Because chocolate makes every smiley face just that much better.

And you better believe I've been enjoy my weekend - spent the entire day with my extended family out at Cultas Lake, and tomorrow I'm going for brunch, then getting a pedicure and my hair did. Wee!

I generally prefer to eat food that's happy to be eaten. And I pretty much always end up eating my "wraps" with a knife and fork!
