Vancouver Part Two: Grocery Shopping

I needed to stock the fridge with a few groceries,
so I headed up the street to PriceSmart Foods

Two bags of groceries

Clockwise: Canned Organic Black Beans, Canned Organic Diced Tomatoes, Egg Whites, Parchment Paper, Brown Rice Tortillas, Cottage Cheese, Asparagus, Zucchini, Cucumber, Frozen Cut Green Beans, Organic Red Chard, Broccoli Crowns, and Organic Dried Plums

Look at my Dinner I made last night!

Meatloaf Meatballs with Mashed Potatoes and Steamed Broccoli

These are so freaking yummy! I will post this
Snacking Squirrel created recipe when I get back :)

Coming Soon: Photos of

That is the one thing the island is missing is a Whole Foods. They should really open one up there - then I'd move back to Victoria in a flash!

Your dinner looks SOOOOOO GOOD! I think a mushroom gravy would be so tasty on the potatoes and balls. :)
