It feels like ages since the last time I made this!
My Oven Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges
Garnished with a variety of different Herbs and Spices
Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, Basil, Rosemary, Oregano,
Thyme, Coriander, Parsley Flakes and Garlic Powder
I baked them a little longer than I normally do, but
at least the slightly burnt edges make them crispier :)
Nothing wrong with some extra crunch
Then I stacked them in my bowl, only not as high as this epic post!

To go with the Roasted Sweet Potatoes, I made my Garlicky Tomato Dip
Basically consisting of 2-3 medium chopped Garlic Cloves
1/3 Cup Pasta or Tomato Sauce, 1/4 Cup
Salsa and 1-2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Add a few drops of warm water, stir and enjoy!
