Food Deformities

Most of my energy has been going into working and
running errands that it's been hard to maintain daily
blog posts and update my Snacking Squirrel readers

So instead of worrying that I may be boring my readers
with shorter food posts or lack of entertaining photos, I'll
be grateful for the time that I do get to connect with you

So here are some photos of my healthy dinner...

Roasted salmon fillet with red onion, salt and pepper, a
funky shaped roasted sweet potato and steamed broccoli

You know me, I am always choosing the weirdest looking potatoes to buy

Question: Do you also like to buy
 unique or deformed looking produce?

Your dinner looks delicious! I sometimes buy the odd deformed looking produce because it's entertaining, or because I feel sorry for it haha.

Do you put anything on your sweet potato, or just eat it plain?

Sometimes I buy the weird shaped produce ... depends what I am doing with it.
