Blackberry Spelt Crumble Muffin

Spelt is an ancient grain known for its health benefits...

These include being rich in vitamin B3 (Niacin) which aids in the functions of adrenal/stress hormones, lowers cholesterol, and improves blood circulation

Spelt is also rich in minerals such as copper, iron, zinc, magnesium, and phospherous!

Ingredients: Organic spelt flour, baking powder, baking soda,
cinnamon, egg, almond milk, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, canola oil

Although Spelt is not Gluten Free, many people who are
Wheat Sensitive find they can tolerate the ancient grain due to its
easier digestibility, high water solubility, and increased soluble fibre

An just incase you aren't sure, an ancient grain is considered to
be one of the first grains cultivated by Egyptians, deeming it more
pure and "whole" than other modern, refined grains we see today

Spelt is in the same category of ancient grains such as, Barley,
Amaranth, Polenta, Quinoa, Emmer, Farro, Spelt, and Kamut

The texture is similar to whole wheat flour, and boy does it TASTE GOOD!
