Cinnamon Bun Bread


Cinnamon Bun Bread
adapted from The Non-Dairy Queen

1/3 cup almond milk
1/3 cup boiling water
1.5 cups brown rice flour
1 Tbsp Splenda blend
15 drops vanilla stevia
1/4 cup apple sauce
1/4 cup egg whites
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt


Directions
A. Stir water and milk together
B. Mix in yeast and let sit for a few minutes
C. In separate bowls, mix dry and wet ingredients
D. Add wet to dry along with milk/yeast
E. Scoop into a non-stick loaf pan and let sit for 15 minutes

Olympic No Fat Organic Probiotic 0% Yogurt


SweetLeaf Liquid Stevia in Vanilla Creme


Cinnamon Swirl

3 Tbsp plain yogurt
1 Tbsp Splenda blend
5 drops vanilla stevia
2 tsp cinnamon
(coffee is optional)


Directions
A. Mix the cinnamon swirl ingredients together
B. Spoon on top of the bread base
C. Slowly swirl into batter to create marbled effect
D. Preheat oven to 350F
E. Bake for 25-30 minutes


And just for my Mom, I added a Pink Birthday Candle :)


Makes 4 big servings @ 195 calories
