My Week in Pictures: Thursday


7:47 am: Wake up


7:48 am: Look at Snow

Cascadia Wholefoods Bakery Vegan Bran Muffin via Lifestyle Market


Loads of Sunflower Seeds and Flax Seeds pressed on top! 


11:45 am: Make Lunch


Western Family Canned Organic Garbanzo Beans


Pot of cooked Brussels and pan of stir-fried Kale,
Asparagus, Broccoli, among a few other vegetables


Boiling cubes of Kabocha Squash


Putting it all together


With a whole assortment of fresh vegetables, spices and ground mustards


I'm calling it my "Kabocha Winter Squash,
Garbanzo Bean and Brussel Sprout Stir-Fry"


1:30 pm: Make Cinnamon Bun Bread


And thanks to Sarena for posting her Cinnamon Bun Bread Recipe
my afternoon (and my Mom's Birthday) got a whole lot yummier!


Isn't The Non-Dairy Queen amazing!?!


That's right! My Mom turns 52 today!


I'm surprising her with this when she comes home from work. I ate my piece
 early because I have school tonight and won't see her until late in the evening :(


2:00 pm: Eat Birthday Bread


With a single pink candle in it :)


I'll post the recipe tonight. I made a few adjustments and super-healthified 
it. This whole piece right here (1/4 of recipe) is under 200 calories!!!


Okay Loves, I'm off to School!
