Alexia Potato Wedges

These potato wedges are so convenient to have around, they don't take long
to cook and they are great for Dinner or as a side when you're too lazy to cook

It's funny/sad though how so many products sneak sugar in, like Dextrose...

Before & After

Served up with some Organic Ketchup

This was my "no greens allowed" meal yesterday lol

Question: What did you eat for Dinner last night?

Haha, I like the idea of a "no greens allowed" meal. :)

Last night for dinner I discovered that tofutti cream cheese makes yummy pasta sauce!

I love Alexia products. I haven't found one that I didn't like. Last night's dinner a salad with some pierogies. So good.

Thanks for your kind wishes about Minnie. I'm sure she'd be happy to know that there were so many lovely people such as yourself out there that recognise her beauty and spirit.

I wish Alexia made products in the UK: it would save me a lot of time with cooking/preparing meals because almost all of the pre-prepared foods over here are stuffed full of nasties.

Last night I had an avocado mashed with nutritional yeast flakes, salt, pepper and mustard on rye bread as a sandwich, plus veggies on the side.

I'm never picky unless something is always deep friend--but I've never been a fan of "spud" wedges! Hmmm maybe it's b/c all I've tried is from high school cafeterias haha. I think their sweet potato product would be really yummy though! :D

We pretty much always have these in our freezer. Occasionally the sweet potato ones, but usually these ones :)

Dinner last night was a salad w/ sweet potato, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, tomato, green pepper, and TUNA! Oh, and ketchup :D

Those potatoes look fab!!

Such a small amount of ketchup for all those wedges! I would need about 1/2 a bottle. Or more. Hehe!

Ha! It is completely sad to see all the places they sneak sugar in! My point exactly!
