Peanut Buttered Toast and Herbal Tea

How do I celebrate a Friday in which I don't have to work? I sleep
in, put the tea on, butter some toast, pull on my knitted slippers, and
nest into the corner of the couch as I people watch from my living room

Starting off with two slices of Portofino Bakery Bread

Popped into the toaster to get hot and crispy

Spreading one side with Maranatha Peanut Butter

And the other side with Earth Balance Butter

Num num num

But you know what's missing? A hot mug of tea!

ThyroTea from WomenSense

ThyroTea Double Ginger, to help support thyroid balance. As many of you
know I had a case of thyroiditis a couple years ago; After supporting my thyroid
with herbs and proper nutrition, I am happy to report that I've had no issues since!

Ingredients: Ginger root, lemongrass herb, ashwaganda root, sarsaparilla
root, astragalus root, licorice root, peppermint leaves, and black pepper

Another tea from the line, AdrenaTea, is really delicious. It
helps support the adrenal glands through stress-reducing herbs

Like my red nails? Gotta go with the holiday theme!

Question: How are you spending your Friday?

I do the exact same thing with my toast/english muffins! Half with earth balance and half with peanut butter. Perfection. :)
And that tea sounds lovely!

I spent my day getting a massage, shopping, going for sushi with friends, making cabbage rolls, and wrapping gifts. Now I am sipping on tea, and I am about to watch TV and eat a cookie :-)

Merry Christmas to you and your family!
