Wrap a New Twist on Old Favorites

(Clockwise) Eden Organic Sauerkraut, Red Onion, Fresh Spinach,
Whole Egg, Free Run Egg Whites, Food For Life Brown Rice Tortilla

Back when I first started blogging, I made Egg 'n Kale Wraps all the time

Since then, I've switched for Spinach and added
Cheese, but the basic recipe haven't changed too much

L’Ancêtre Organic Partially Skimmed Mozzarella Cheese Slices

And Lactose-Free!

Then I grilled it on my George Foreman Grill

I may have gotten distracted watching two squirrels chase each
other up my walnut tree and slightly burnt the top of the wrap

Nonetheless, still deliciously satisfying!

Question: Do you have an old favorite
recipe that you've changed over the years?

Yummm that looks awesome. I love the grill marks on it. I think I'm always taking old things I used to love and tweaking them a bit to make them better/different.

I love your photos by the way!

Your wraps always look crazy good.
I am always tweaking my oatmeal-- sometimes it's oat bran, sometimes there's cereal mixed in, sometimes there's fruit, sometimes there are egg whites...the recipe is constantly changing!

Mmm, that looks delicious and very healthy! I love that you grilled it! I'm going to have to try that next time.

I have a roasted cauliflower recipe that I've changed over the years but only because I'm always missing 1 or 2 ingredients! I usually end up subbing apple cider vinegar for lemon juice.
I like the idea of putting saurkraut on your wrap...I bet that adds a great flavor.

sauerkraut...what a GENIUS idea! I love sauerkraut, but it often goes bad in the fridge since I only use so much at a time... I have a bag in the freezer though for the next time we do brats :P

This looks uber yummy...cheese, eggs, and spinach are always a delicious combo!

Yum!!! I usually just eat my eggs with salsa on 'em, but the wrap looks great! I love my george foreman, it makes everything taste so much better.

Good ol' George. I've had my grill for a decade and still love it, it's definitely a staple. Do you remember the infomercials? Those were so fun to watch!

Mmm, those are making me hungry... I have a vegetarian moussaka recipe that started out really unhealthy, fried aubergines (or eggplant as Americans say :P), all creamy topping and cheese and everything. But it's gradually gotten healthier, I bake the veggies and make a yoghurt and egg 'sauce' to go on top of it. To be honest people keep telling me it tastes better now ha!

I love how those brown rice wraps get so flaky when you grill them - almost looks like flaky pastry. Yum!

This looks amazing! I love when you toast the wraps...I never think to do that.

Kelsey, why have I never thought of adding sauerkraut to my breakfast wrap - genius!

Thanks for the idea!

Burnt or not this looks de-lish-ous!

I've changed my oatmeal a lot. Used to do really sweet instant ones. Then went to organic and less sugar. Now I make my own VOO. :P

I am so jealous of your george foreman! =)

does look good, love the grilled wrap. I do a salad that I switch a bit arugula, avocado, beets (with jarred tuna or smoked salmon or egg or beans). I have a smoothie and egg thing I switch around but not too much, gotta have some easy staples!
