Wild Salmon and Sweet Potato

After eating my fair share of fast food, ice cream and burgers, I was
more than happy to balance it out with a healthy omega-rich dinner

Fresh baked wild salmon with lemon, roasted sweet potato and steamed broccoli

The salmon was simply seasoned with salt, pepper,
lemon juice and a little water to keep in the moisture

Moist, flaky and melt-in-your-mouth delicious... It was the
best wild salmon I have ever eaten which is surprising given the
amount of high quality fish available back on Vancouver Island

Question: How do you obtain your optimal dose of omega-3
oils? (Example: Fish, flax seeds, supplements, all of the above)

This is seriously one of my top favorite meals ever. I'm always crazy excited to see salmon simply prepared on restaurant menus. SO good.
