Macaroon Oatmeal Cereal


One of my favorite things for breakfast has to be a random combination
of cereals, oats, fruits, cookies, and chocolate all mixed together like this 


What did I put in my Cereal Cornucopia this time you ask?


It started with a left over Gluten-Free Coconut Macaroon cookie from Tim Hortons


They're quite delicious and make for a quick, energizing
 little snack when I'm craving something sweet and chewy


Per 2 Cookies: 250 calories, 14g fat, 4g fibre, 25g sugar, and 3g protein



The base consists of microwaved oats with egg whites and frozen blueberries 



To that I added a handful of Nature's Path Whole O's Cereal



I sliced up a banana and crumbled the macaroon
on top before adding my last ingredient to the mix...


1/3 serving of PGX's new Dark Chocolate Peanut
Butter 
SatisFast Organic Vegan 15g Protein Bar
